Halloween Costume Sale!

Looking for the perfect Halloween costume without spending a fortune? The Community Library of Allegheny Valley will host a gently used Halloween Costume Sale beginning at our Halloween Hullabaloo event on Thursday, October 10. Costumes of all sizes have been donated and will be available at bargain prices. The sale will continue throughout the month of October during regular library hours. All proceeds benefit the library.
