Welcome to Wellness Wednesday! In a series of workshops, we’ll focus on ways we can maintain our physical and mental health. January is when we tend to set our goals for the year, so in this workshop we’ll focus on two activities that will help us visualize our priorities.
2024 Vision Board: A vision board can serve as inspiration and motivation to realize and achieve your goals. We’ll browse through magazines for images and phrases that help us envision our dreams. You can start collecting any pictures or anything that you want to include and bring those.
Journaling: This is a great tool to use to manage anxiety, lower stress, prioritize our problems and concerns, and appreciate what we have to be grateful for in our lives.
This workshop is for adults 18 years and older. Please feel free to bring any beverages and snacks you wish to enjoy. We will have tea and fresh fruit smoothies on hand to enjoy. All materials will be supplied.
